Carnarvon Gorge Wilderness Lodge is nestled in the entrance to Carnarvon National Park in the southern part of Central Queensland, 750 km north-west of Brisbane. The spectacular Carnarvon Gorge is one of the most remarkable natural wonders of the world, and carries special significance in Aboriginal mythology. It is famous for its dramatic cliffs, lush tropical side gorges and incredible sandstone formations.

At the entrance is Oasis Lodge, a collection of unique timber and canvas safari cabins with their own outback charm blending unobtrusively with the surrounding flora. Oasis Lodge is a welcoming, comfortable base from which to discover the timeless mysteries of the gorge.
